Reports To: Chief Sales Officer Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Strategist cum Analyst with 2-6 years of experience, ideally from a Tier 1 Business School, to provide valuable insights, data-driven strategies, and support to our sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to drive sales performance and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, allowing for informed decision-making. - Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare reports to guide decision-making. - Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
