Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. - Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and optimize performance. - Create actionable plans and frameworks to improve pipeline management and resource allocation. - Support leadership in decision-making by providing insights through reports, dashboards, and forecasts. - Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the success of sales and operational strategies. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and drive competitive advantage. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategic priorities.
