About the Role:

We are looking for a leader to sit at the intersection of the Innovation Cell (ML/AI experimentation) and the Salesforce front-end. This is a build role reporting to the CSO, with ownership of outcomes from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the data science team to build ML models for conversation intelligence, lead scoring, and coaching engines.

- Design and ship agentic AI and generative AI pilots to speed up lead conversion.

- Own the Customer and Channel Partner Login Portals end to end.

- Set architectural standards for Salesforce multi-cloud deployments (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud).

- Shape the digital product roadmap and manage cross-functional delivery.

Professional Experience:

- 10+ years of tech experience in fast-paced, digital-first consumer environments.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.

- B.E./B.Tech from a Tier-1 engineering institute is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

- Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Hands-on exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

- Experience with NLP pipelines or LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Agentforce).

- Familiarity with modern front-end architectures.
