Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Sales (Closing) to lead our closing function and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, an exceptional ability to close high-value deals, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales Closing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


- Drive end-to-end closing of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless customer experience and high conversion ratios.


- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to accelerate closures.


- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, and On-ground teams to ensure smooth sales operations.


- Conduct regular performance reviews, train team members, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and closure efficiency.


- Analyse sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights to improve conversion strategies.


- Ensure adherence to process, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company policies.


- Handle escalations and provide solutions to drive successful deal closures.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- 7-14 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to direct closing and team management.


- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in residential real estate.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


- Strong leadership capability with experience managing large or mid-sized teams.


- High customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and a performance-driven mindset.


- MBA from a recognized institution is mandatory.
