Role Overview

Manage Finance & Accounts, Budgeting, Reporting, MIS, Taxation (TDS & GST), Auditing, and Inventory Control. The ideal candidate should have experienced in preparing financial statements and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1) Finance & Accounts: Maintain and finalize books of accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet.

Prepare Cash, Journal, Receipt, Payment, and Contra vouchers in Tally. Handle monthly Bank Reconciliation (BRS).

2) Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of monthly Trial Balance. Prepare Income & Expenditure Statements, Balance Sheet annexures, and MIS reports for the Head Office.

3) Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely TDS deductions, returns, and statutory compliance. Assist in GST-related working, documentation, and invoice preparation. Verify purchase procedures and ensure strong internal controls.

4) Coordination & Administration

Communicate with suppliers, contractors, banks, and internal departments. Verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting knowledge.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CA firm; university/institutional experience preferred.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting.
