Job Title: Senior Manager Operations.

Job Location: Chennai.

Role Objective:

We are recruiting a Senior Manager Operations with 8-12 years of experience in Project Management and customer relationship management.

STEP is a Chennai-based digital education startup and a division of The Hindu.

Our mission is to solve one of the most challenging problems of our time: use technology to close Indias skills gap.

Key Responsibilities

- Accountable for Project management of all projects, with direct ownership of large-scale Govt projects.

- Ensure that B2B (Corporate & Higher Ed) projects are delivered within the specified Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality.

- Establish a good rapport with all clients/stakeholders.

- Customer satisfaction and retention of existing B2B clients.

- Accountable for the Project & Delivery Teams mentor & manage the team to achieve Project Milestones.

- Process owner for all B2B Projects, process improvement, process documentation and responsible for ensuring Compliance.

- To collaborate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Training, Content, Sales, and Finance teams) to ensure flawless project delivery and process compliance.

- To ensure optimisation of revenue through increased efficiency and reduced costs.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in handling corporate clients in required.

- Experience in Ed-Tech/ Higher Education domain is preferred.

- Experience in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management.

- Proficient in MS Office.
