Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development (Alternative Revenue)

Location: New Delhi

About the Role:

Were looking for a Senior Manager Business Development to join the Alternative Revenue team.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on spotting opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through innovative partnerships with brands and agencies.

What You'll Do:

- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities aligned with emerging media trends.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to co-create impactful brand solutions.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in brands, media agencies, and ecosystem partners.

- Craft compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Track and analyze campaign performance and business metrics to guide strategy.

- Contribute to the ideation, piloting, and scaling of new revenue initiatives across content, experiences, commerce, and platforms.

What Were Looking For:

- 6-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in media, digital, or advertising.

- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong network within brand and agency ecosystems.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias toward execution and results.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ideas are constantly tested and iterated.
