Job Summary:   This role requires expertise in recruitment process with end to end process understanding and ensure the positions are filled on time & with quality resources. The person will define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool.  Essential Responsibilities  - Builds a quality relationship with the internal and external stakeholders and recruitment agencies.  - Execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve recruitment target of the schools.   - Conduct the job interviews & 1st level of screening of all profiles/candidates to be able to share with schools  - Regular follow up with the respective hiring/HR managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.  - Research, benchmark, and develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract high quality active and passive candidates  - Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract competitive candidates.  - Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers and candidates to ensure achievement of staffing goals.  - Gather, evaluate and report external competitor intelligence  - Provide data analytics to make informed hiring decisions.  - Support the on boarding and new hire set up, HR file management and support with HR tasks as required  - Organize the new hire induction for all the three schools  Required Qualifications & Experience :   - Bachelor- s/Master's degree   - 3-6 years recruitment experience in corporate or recruitment agency   Skills & Knowledge :   - Excellent communication skills  - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships  - Good Excel, MS office suite skills or equivalent is a must.  - Interviewing Skills  - Effective organizational and planning skills.
