
We are seeking a senior, results-driven AVP - Business Development to lead new logo acquisition and revenue growth in the European market, with a strong focus on automotive business solutions. This is a strategic hunter role requiring CXO-level engagement, complex deal management, and ownership of the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition across the European market
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demand generation, deal pursuit, negotiation, and contract closure
- Act as the market-facing leader and brand ambassador for AutoFacets
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients
- Understand client business challenges and define clear problem statements
- Leverage the Gateway Group ecosystem to design and position value-driven solutions
- Lead proposal development, executive presentations, and pricing strategy
- Manage complex commercial negotiations and deal structuring
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, advisors, and partners
- Ensure strong post-closure client relationships to drive long-term growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in professional services and/or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition in the European market
- Experience selling software engineering services and SaaS products
- Exposure to automotive business solutions preferred
- Strong CXO-level network and stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in complex deal negotiations
- Hands-on experience in proposal creation and executive presentations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within Benelux and across the EU
