The ERM International Group - Transition Manager - Finance

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager Finance to lead the transition of finance processes into the Global Delivery Center (GDC). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance process transitions, ERP implementations, and shared services, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and successful handover to business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end transition of finance processes into the Global Delivery Center, ensuring smooth migration with minimal business disruption.

- Develop transition strategies, migration roadmaps, readiness assessments, and detailed transition plans.

- Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions, process documentation, user training, system access, and cutover activities.

- Partner with regional finance teams, ERP project teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful transition execution.

- Support ERP implementation and transformation initiatives by coordinating process migration, data readiness, and change management activities.

- Monitor transition progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage hypercare activities post-go-live, ensuring operational stability before transitioning to steady-state support.

- Develop and maintain transition playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lessons learned documentation.

- Track transition milestones, governance metrics, and project status while providing regular updates to leadership.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize transition methodologies and operational processes.

Required Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in finance process transition, migration management, or shared services transformation.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end process transitions within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Shared Service Centers (SSCs).

- Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation or large-scale system transformation programs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

- Strong understanding of finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related finance functions.

- Experience in transition planning, knowledge transfer, cutover management, and hypercare support.

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.
