Requirements :
- BA/BS/PG degree or equivalent with at least 10+ years of experience in technical or sales operations recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the environmental, sustainability, or relevant industrial sectors (IT/Finance/HR/Consulting).
- Exceptional reporting organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday &/or GEM preferred).
