We are looking for an experienced Head Procure to Pay (P2P) to lead global Procure-to-Pay operations from the Global Delivery Center (GDC).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accounts Payable, P2P transformation, ERP implementations, and shared services leadership, with a proven track record of driving process excellence, automation, governance, and operational efficiency across global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including Vendor Master, Purchasing Support, Invoice Processing, Payments, Travel & Expense (T&E), and Compliance.

- Manage a team of 2025 professionals, driving performance, capability development, and operational excellence.

- Define and execute the global P2P strategy, ensuring standardized, scalable, and compliant processes across regions.

- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process automation, digitization, standardization, and continuous improvement.

- Drive ERP implementation and finance transformation programs, supporting process design, data migration, workflow configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization.

- Lead the implementation and optimization of AP automation platforms such as Tipalti, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or equivalent solutions.

- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for invoice processing, payment accuracy, turnaround time, vendor onboarding, and customer service.

- Strengthen vendor governance by ensuring robust controls around vendor onboarding, duplicate payment prevention, fraud mitigation, and policy compliance.

- Partner with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Finance, IT, and Global Process Owners to improve end-to-end P2P efficiency and governance.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, SOX (where applicable), and company policies.

- Drive stakeholder engagement across global business units and provide regular operational and performance reporting to senior leadership.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization through automation, analytics, and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 18+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Finance Shared Services leadership.

- Proven experience leading large global P2P operations within Shared Services (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or multinational organizations.

- Strong experience managing finance process transitions, global migrations, and transformation initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or major finance system transformation programs.

- Deep understanding of Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Purchasing, Payment Controls, T&E, and Compliance processes.

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar ERP platforms.

- Expertise in AP automation platforms such as Tipalti, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Basware, or Concur.

- Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit requirements, compliance, and risk management.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.

- Experience leading large cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance).

- Experience in Lean Six Sigma, process excellence, or finance transformation programs.

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or finance analytics tools.

- Exposure to robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
