- Lead the development and evolution of ERM's global corporate strategy capability.

What You'll Bring:

Required:

- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles.

- Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.

- Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities.

- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives.

- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.

- Experience leading high-performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Well Regarded:

- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

- Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent.

- Experience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and technology platforms for strategic decision-making.

- Deliver strategic analysis and insights that inform growth, investment, and business performance decisions.

- Establish and scale ERM's global corporate strategy function and operating model.

- Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic research initiatives.

- Conduct commercial, financial, and operational performance assessments to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities.

- Evaluate capital allocation priorities and strategic investment opportunities.

- Partner with senior business leaders to support enterprise strategy development and execution.

- Prepare and deliver executive reports, Board presentations, and strategic recommendations.

- Build and enhance market intelligence and knowledge-management capabilities.
