About the Role:

The Program Manager at DataFlow is a high-impact role designed for a business first leader who thrives at the intersection of Commercial Strategy, Product, and Technology.

We are seeking a high velocity leader who thrives in the ambiguity of a scaling environment. Beyond managing timelines, you will serve as the strategic bridge between global client expectations and our technical engine. This role demands a commercial-first mindset, a relentless drive to deliver results, and the global mobility to engage with our partners wherever they operate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Commercial & Client Interface

- Act as the primary bridge between our Global Clients and our internal delivery teams. You will ensure that every program we execute is commercially viable and solves real world pain points for our partners.

Cross-Functional

- Orchestrate collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Sales. You are responsible for translating client requirements into technical roadmaps and ensuring the commercial team knows exactly how to sell the value of our tech.

Strategic Execution

- Take ownership of end-to-end program lifecycles in a fast-paced environment. Whether it's a product launch or a market expansion, you bring the startup grit needed to navigate ambiguity, overcome bottlenecks, and meet aggressive growth targets.

Stakeholder Influence

- Synthesise complex data into clear, commercial narratives for CXOs and Global Partners. You will manage the "ROI" of your programs, ensuring we are investing resources in the initiatives that drive the most revenue.

Global Connectivity

- Represent DataFlow on the international stage. This role requires global travel to meet with stakeholders, understand local market nuances, and ensure our programs are landing effectively on the ground.

Qualifications:

Education:

- An MBA is required; we value your strategic business perspective and ability to navigate complex organizational growth.

Experience:

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategic Consulting.

The "Bridge" Skillset:

- Proven track record of orchestrating collaboration between client-side stakeholders, product teams, and technical departments.

Commercial Grit:

- A "hustle" mentality with the ability to translate technical features into tangible commercial value and ROI.

Global Mobility:

- You are proactive, adaptable, and open to global travel to ensure our programs land successfully in diverse markets.
