What you'll be doing:
Sales Ownership & Performance:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business for The CEO Magazine's paid content solutions
- Support the Head of Sales - (India, South Asia and MEA) in driving regional team performance through insights and collaboration
- Own the full sales cycle: research, outreach, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close
- Meet or exceed revenue targets with clear quarterly and annual goals
- Maintain a high activity level, including 40+ calls per day or 1.5 hours of call time to build pipeline
Editorial Alignment & Strategic Prospecting:
- Identify editorial angles and opportunities aligned with our premium media offerings
- Engage senior executives with insight-driven sales conversations tailored to their brand goals
- Represent The CEO Magazine's brand and voice confidently in client interactions
Client Relationships & Brand Representation:
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite clients through exceptional service and communication
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting The CEO Magazine and Bean Media Group professionally Data, Systems & Process Integrity
- Keep accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM and productivity tools
- Log all client activity and opportunities daily to ensure clear reporting and pipeline visibility
- Apply risk mitigation strategies throughout the customer journey to protect revenue
We're a great match if you have:
- Fluent English (90%+ proficiency verbal and written)
- 8+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or content
- Proven success closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders
- Strong outbound skills and confidence pitching to C-level executives
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- A mindset of urgency, accountability, and ownership
- Self-motivation, drive, and high standards for success
- A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Please note: This is an on-site position based at our Bangalore office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
