Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical knowledge with hands-on experience in full-cycle GTM implementations, integration with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and cloud migration projects. This role requires immediate readiness to operate in a hybrid setup from any of the listed office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver Oracle GTM full-cycle implementations (minimum of 3 projects as Function/Solution Lead)

- Conduct feasibility analysis and develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for client-specific GTM solutions

- Prepare configuration documents, technical specifications, and solution design documents

- Identify functional gaps and design workarounds in collaboration with Oracle and client stakeholders

- Support all phases of solution development, including configuration, testing, and deployment

- Manage GTM-related integration and migration, especially from on-premise to Oracle Cloud

- Support quarterly GTM Cloud releases and updates

- Provide domain expertise in global trade compliance and transportation management

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle GTM implementations

- Proven experience in functional consulting, solution design, and configuration for Oracle GTM

- Strong understanding of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and related integration points

- Experience in on-premise to cloud migrations in Oracle environments

- Hands-on expertise in preparing use cases, test scripts, and deployment plans

- Good working knowledge of global trade and compliance processes

- Oracle GTM certification is preferred

- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
