Growth & eCommerce Manager
Role Description:
We are looking for a Growth & E-commerce Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day performance and growth of our digital business.
This role requires someone who can translate revenue targets into execution, coordinate across teams and agencies, and ensure strong performance across website and marketplace channels.
You will work closely with the founder and act as the central driver of digital growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:Revenue Ownership and Performance Tracking:
- Own and track monthly revenue targets across website and marketplaces
- Monitor performance against targets and identify gaps
- Drive actions required to achieve growth goals
- Work closely with the founder on pricing, promotions and channel performance
- Build and track basic channel-level P&L visibility (revenue, discounts, spends, contribution)
Growth Planning and Execution:
- Translate business targets into weekly and monthly execution plans
- Drive growth across Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa and other platforms
- Identify opportunities across pricing, conversion, campaigns and assortment
Agency and Performance Management:
- Manage performance marketing agencies
- Conduct weekly performance reviews
- Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and revenue
- Ensure performance aligns with business targets
Ecommerce and Marketplace Operations:
- Oversee product listings across website and marketplaces
- Ensure accurate catalogs, pricing and product information
- Coordinate inventory availability with operations
- Manage marketplace participation in deals and events
- Work with platform teams to improve visibility, participation in events and growth opportunities
Campaign and Promotion Execution:
- Plan and execute sale events, offers and promotions
- Align campaigns with revenue targets
- Coordinate with the creative team for assets
- Ensure timely execution across all channels
Product Launch Management:
- Lead execution of new product launches across ecommerce channels
- Ensure listings, creatives, pricing and inventory readiness
- Coordinate launch timelines across teams
Website Experience & Growth:
- Own the performance and experience of the brand website as a key revenue channel
- Improve conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchase through better merchandising and user journey
- Work on website-first strategies including bundles, offers and exclusive drops
- Continuously improve website experience based on customer behavior and insights
Reporting and Insights:
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards
- Track channel-wise performance and identify trends
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace activity
- Use data to improve execution and outcomes
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as the central point of coordination between founder, creative team, agencies, operations and marketplace partners
- Ensure all teams are aligned towards common goals
