Associate Vice President

Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations Responsible for building and optimizing scalable processes to support the company's rapid growth, by identifying key strategic priorities, executing operational projects, managing vendor relationships, and constantly looking for ways to improve the operational efficiency, all while leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making; essentially acting as a bridge between leadership and day-to-day operations within the company. Key responsibilities may include: Strategic Planning: - Analyzing business data to identify areas for improvement and prioritize key projects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall company objectives. Operational Execution: - Designing and implementing efficient operational processes to scale with company growth. - Managing project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. - Lead cross-functional project teams, guiding them through all phases of project execution from planning to implementation Risk Management and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all strategic initiatives and operational activities. - Identify and assess potential risks associated with business decisions, recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Vendor Management: - Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with key vendors. - Monitoring vendor performance and implementing improvement plans. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilizing data analytics tools to measure operational performance and identify trends. - Creating comprehensive reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders. Required Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Understanding of Financial Services, especially Asset Management Industry is a must - Proven project management experience with ability to execute complex initiatives - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Cross country experience is a plus - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
