Requirements

- CA / CFA preferred; MBA (Finance) considered

- 3-5 years of investment banking / sell-side M&A experience

- Closed 4-5+ transactions; TMT / IT Services exposure preferred

- Strong financial modelling, valuation & IM preparation skills

- Experience in negotiations & due diligence

- Team player, comfortable in global/cross-border environment

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A deals in SEA & Australia

- Prepare IMs, models, transaction documents & client materials

- Participate in pitches and contribute to deal origination
