
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing CXO and senior stakeholder relationships with confidence and credibility
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, including problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and synthesis across:
- Revenue growth
- Go-to-market strategy
- Pricing and packaging
- Operating model design
- Cost and margin optimization
- Independently run workstreams and drive engagements with limited oversight while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Develop work-product-focused deliverables, including:
- Executive-ready PowerPoint decks
- Financial and operating models in Excel
- Written insights, thought leadership, or client-facing documents
- Build repeatable assets, frameworks, and IP to institutionalize the Growth Advisory offering
- Collaborate with internal teams to create differentiated, high-impact solutions that accelerate program delivery
- Manage time and priorities effectively in a complex, largely autonomous environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in management consulting or growth consulting
- Candidates from top-tier firms (MBB / Tier-1) with 4-5 years can be evaluated based on skill depth
- Candidates from strong boutique firms , should typically have 5+ years of experience
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or tech services-focused engagements is strongly preferred
Demonstrated track record of working on:
- Revenue growth
- GTM strategy
- Pricing
- Margin or cost optimization programs
- Strong client-front-end exposure, including CXO / senior leadership interactions
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Highly structured, analytical thinker with strong quantitative problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across levels and functions
- Advanced graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
