Growth Advisory: Engagement Manager

As we are setting up the Growth Advisory practice at TH Global Capital, we are looking for candidates who are excited about setting up things, who will help our clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals by identifying, and oftentimes implementing, potential solutions for a specific challenge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4-6 years prior experience as a management consultant in a professional services firm - MBB preferred who have done multiple growth transformation programs across Tech and Tech services organizations

- Organize and initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion. Manage all aspects of a client program and capability to drive e2e programs independently and drive broader project impact.

- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

- Work directly with clients and manage CXO/Sr. client relationships

- Develop work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.

- Work with teams to build high impact differentiating assets that can add value and enable accelerating the program delivery

- Manage time effectively to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently and all deadlines are met in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.

- Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) preferred
