About the Role:

Technology Holdings is looking for a senior investment banking professional with 12+ years of experience in Technology M&A, with strong exposure to SaaS and Enterprise Software transactions.

The individual will play a key role in executing M&A mandates, managing client relationships, leading transaction teams and contributing to the growth of Technology Holdings' global Technology Investment Banking business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across SaaS, Enterprise Software and Technology Services.

- Manage transactions from origination through execution and closing.

- Develop and review detailed financial models, valuations, transaction analyses and deal materials.

- Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), teasers, management presentations and buyer lists.

- Conduct detailed industry, market and competitive analysis across the global technology and SaaS ecosystem.

- Identify and evaluate potential strategic and financial buyers.

- Lead due diligence, management discussions, buyer interactions and transaction negotiations.

- Work directly with founders, CEOs, CFOs and senior management teams of technology companies.

- Manage and mentor junior investment banking professionals and ensure high-quality transaction execution.

- Coordinate with international teams across multiple geographies on cross-border M&A transactions.

- Support business development and contribute to new mandate origination and client relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance or a related transaction advisory role.

- Strong experience in Technology / SaaS / Software M&A.

- Proven experience executing sell-side and/or buy-side M&A transactions.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR, MRR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, EBITDA and other technology-sector metrics.

- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, including DCF, trading comparables and precedent transactions.

- Strong understanding of the global Technology and SaaS M&A landscape.

- Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
