- End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead multiple M&A and fund-raising transactions across healthcare, pharma, med-tech, diagnostics, healthtech, and related sub-sectors. Oversee the full deal cycle including client meetings, management interactions, preparation of transaction materials, coordinating bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due diligence, and final documentation.
- Transaction Management: Act as the primary driver of transactions, ensuring momentum, stakeholder alignment, and timely closure of mandates while maintaining the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
- Industry Research & Market Mapping: Conduct in-depth sector research covering healthcare services, pharma manufacturing, CDMOs, CROs, med-tech, digital health, and specialty care. Build market maps, competitive benchmarking, and identify emerging trends, consolidation pockets, and investment themes.
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop detailed financial models, perform valuations (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps), scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and prepare investment memorandums, teasers, and management presentations.
- Business Development & Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying potential clients, buyers, and investors. Support BD initiatives including preparing pitches, sector notes, and outreach material to deepen the franchise in healthcare M&A.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day client engagement, ensuring clarity on deliverables, seamless communication, and strong relationship building alongside the Partner/Director.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with legal, tax, diligence partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Team Leadership & Training: Mentor, guide, and review work of analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality output and strong analytical rigor.
