Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the corporate & B2B gifting vertical, driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, luxury brands, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
- Own annual gifting strategy, targets, pricing, and margins, with strong focus on festive and bulk orders.
- Drive product curation, customization, and premium packaging in collaboration with marketing and sourcing teams.
- Manage key accounts, large-ticket negotiations, and repeat business from top clients.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and logistics for timely and flawless execution.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the gifting sales and operations team.
- Knowledge of the unorganised gifting trade and gifting aggregators.
Experience Level:
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting / B2B Sales / Key Account Management
- Prior exposure to FMCG, premium, luxury, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong network across Admin Heads, Procurement, CXOs, and gifting decision-makers.
- Commercially strong with negotiation, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Understanding of seasonal demand cycles and large-volume order management.
- Proficient in Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication and executive presence to represent the brand.
