Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for key business functions and global roles. This position demands a forward-thinking recruiter who can blend data-driven strategy with a human-centered approachsourcing, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent that powers TAPIs mission.

As a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, you will shape workforce strategies, champion our employer brand, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects TAPIs global excellence and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

- Partner with business and HR leaders to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, technical, and leadership roles across geographies.

- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging social media, digital platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.

- Champion DEI initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle to build diverse, inclusive teams.

- Drive competitive intelligence and market mapping to anticipate future hiring trends.

Stakeholder Partnership:

- Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and best practices.

- Ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency on candidate pipelines, timelines, and hiring outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Site HR, and Hiring Managers to deliver a smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding experience.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

- Deliver a premium candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.

- Proactively engage offered candidates, addressing concerns and mitigating potential dropouts.

- Partner with HR and Communications teams to enhance employer branding and strengthen TAPIs presence in talent markets.

Data, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

- Prepare and analyze Talent Acquisition MIS and analytics reports to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for process improvement.

- Evaluate sourcing channels and recruitment metrics to optimize ROI.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, data privacy standards, and corporate hiring policies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in TA processes, systems, and candidate engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Masters preferred).

- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a senior or strategic recruitment capacity.

- Proven expertise in recruiting for technical, scientific, and leadership positions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industries.

- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
