Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager - Change Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving global cross-functional change initiatives across TAPI's supply chain operations. This role focuses on implementing structured change processes, leading digital transformation, and standardizing operations through effective project and stakeholder management. This position will operate at the intersection of business transformation and operational execution, supporting the long-term vision of TAPI's global supply chain maturity.

This role requires hands-on leadership in managing change initiatives via Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring end-to-end transparency, accountability, and efficiency across multiple global sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Change Leadership

- Drive global supply chain change initiatives using structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent frameworks).

- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases aligned with organizational priorities.

- Develop change strategies for site-level and cross-functional transformations that align with global SCM goals.

2. Digital Program Execution

- Oversee and manage complex change management projects utilizing Salesforce for workflow and communication.

- Lead the integration and optimization of digital tools, dashboards, and system enhancements to improve change traceability and performance visibility.

- Drive automation and data-driven decision-making within the change control environment.

3. Stakeholder & Site Engagement

- Serve as a central liaison between local site operations, global SCM, and commercial functions to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Conduct routine engagement meetings across multiple geographies to synchronize change efforts and promote consistency.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication to remove bottlenecks, mitigate resistance, and drive stakeholder buy-in.

4. Process Governance & Standardization

- Develop and enforce standardized change management protocols across all TAPI manufacturing sites.

- Lead harmonization of business processes to reduce variability, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable operational scalability.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across product lifecycle management workflows.

5. Reporting & KPI Management

- Define, track, and report on critical KPIs related to change management effectiveness, turnaround time, impact analysis, and process adherence.

- Deliver high-quality reporting packages and dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven insights are actionable.

Required Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, or a related technical discipline.

Experience:

- Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or manufacturing operations.

- Proven experience in managing global, cross-functional projects and change initiatives.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle change management in a highly regulated industry.

- Expertise in stakeholder management across global and multicultural teams.

Tools & Platforms:

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred) or other project/change management platforms.

- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Certifications (Preferred):

- PMP (Project Management Professional) - PMI

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)

Key Competencies:

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level vision into operational execution

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities across functional hierarchies

- High degree of adaptability and cultural sensitivity in global work environments

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-border, matrix-based teams
