Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Change Leadership:

- Lead the global change management program across multiple manufacturing sites and supply chain functions.

- Own and manage change initiatives using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.

- Drive standardization, digitalization, and process efficiency across supply chain operations.

Project Management & Execution:

- Oversee cross-functional projects from planning through execution and post-implementation review.

- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for critical initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

- Serve as the central liaison between manufacturing sites, global SCM teams, Teva commercial units, and other internal stakeholders.

- Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates to ensure alignment and transparency.

Operational Excellence:

- Implement system enhancements, develop dashboards, and improve digital workflows to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Drive Lean and Six Sigma practices to eliminate inefficiencies and improve performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Define and track KPIs for change initiatives, supply chain performance, and process improvement outcomes.

- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on project health, milestones, and impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain project management or change management within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects across global teams.

Certifications (Preferred):

- PMP (Project Management Professional)

- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)

Key Competencies:

- Deep knowledge of supply chain principles, change methodologies, and project governance frameworks.

- Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

- Proficiency in project and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, MS Project, SAP).
