Role Overview:
The Senior Business Development Associate (Gujarati) will play a key role in driving Testbooks business growth within the Gujarati-speaking market. You will be responsible for engaging potential learners, nurturing strong client relationships, and representing the brand to expand Testbooks presence across Gujarat.
This is a dynamic, target-driven role that requires excellent communication abilities, market understanding, and a passion for customer engagement. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and clients through calls, meetings, and outreach campaigns in Gujarati.
- Promote Testbooks products and services, clearly communicating value propositions to potential users.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to expand Testbooks reach within Gujarat through market insights and competitor analysis.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Understand user needs deeply and recommend the right Testbook solutions or courses.
- Work with internal teams to share feedback, improve offerings, and innovate engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and regional growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Gujarati with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Minimum 13 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry or knowledge of educational products is an added advantage.
