As Placement Manager, your roles & responsibilities are: - Identify & reach out to potential companies for placement and internship opportunities based on job roles aligned with skill academy programs. - Design a comprehensive placement plan with a timeline & target outcomes. - Ensure smooth conduct of interviews, group discussions, and other selection processes in collaboration with the participating companies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, job market conditions, and changes in hiring practices to adapt the placement strategy accordingly. - Set performance targets and metrics for the placement team, regularly monitoring progress and ensuring achievement of targets. You should apply if you: - Graduate/PG with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Program Management or Career Services role at any Ed-Tech or Internet Start-up or FMCG companies. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Ability to draw scalable, long-term term and global outside-in perspectives while solving issues, and improving efficiency. - Should carry examples and experience of improving processes and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data. - Medium expertise in MS Excel.
