Job Description : - We are looking for someone who loves to interact, understand and empathise with the users and their needs. Someone who can think out-of-the-box to communicate creatively and engagingly with users - in real world as well as in the digital world. - You have an appreciation for the relationship between textual and visual elements. Words doesn't exist in a vacuum, and your words and the designs should work in tandem to make the maximum impact Responsibilities: As a Product Communications Manager, of one of the leading EdTech Start-up in the country, you will be leading all the communications with our users. - You will define how we communicate with our users - the tone, the language and whatever goes in between. - Your prime responsibility will be to bring users back to the platform and keep them engaged when they are on the platform - You will drive the engagement. You will coordinate with Product, Design and Marketing team to give shape to your ideas and bring them to life - You will analyse, A/B Test and iterate communication and designs to achieve best outcomes - You will map user and their journeys to personalise and automate communication with users You are an ideal candidate, if you: - Have great communication and writing skills - Have proven ability of copywriting or writing in general - Have an aptitude for marketing and branding - Have good analytical skills - Have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines, - Work independently - Are technically sound, (ideally with engineering background, preferably from top institutes)
