As Program Manager, your roles and responsibilities are: - Lead a team of coaches and own engagement initiatives of skill academy for students (Onboarding sessions, Engagement Calls/ Comms etc). - Design, build processes and improve current processes to ensure a maximum number of students are highly engaged with the program. - Identify the gap between the target and the output for various engagement metrics, and undertake root cause analysis. - Convert the gap into strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required. - Work with other stakeholders to drive key recommendations and action plans. Skills and requirement: - Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Category or Program Management roles at any Ed-Tech or Internet Start-up or FMCG companies. - Hustle and get things done attitude. - Ability to draw scalable, long term and global outside-in perspective while solving issues, improving efficiency. - Should carry examples and experience of improving processes and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data. - Medium expertise in MS Excel.
