
Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with strong experience in selling Salesforce-based solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and expanding our Salesforce product/service offerings in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across various industries.
- Understand customer pain points and propose the right Salesforce-based solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain healthy pipeline and track all sales activities via CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce ecosystem partners and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at Salesforce events, webinars, and product demos.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce solution/product sales.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Proven track record of closing mid to large-sized deals in IT services or product environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery models.
- Strong network of enterprise contacts in sectors like IT, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
