Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in marketing of SaaS products which are into AI interview, Technical assessment, ATS, HRMS or similar product lines is a MUST.

- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research.

- Proficiency in Public Relations and Marketing Management.

- Skills in Sales and strategic collaboration.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Must have good knowledge and experience working in the US geography.
