Chief Marketing Officer (CMO):

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) located in Bengaluru. The CMO will oversee market planning and research, manage public relations efforts, and lead the marketing management team.

- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

- Manage the marketing budget and performance metrics, ensuring that all campaigns deliver a measurable return on investment and contribute to sales pipeline growth.

Qualifications:

- Experience in marketing of SaaS products which are into AI interview, Technical assessment, ATS, HRMS or similar product lines is a MUST.

- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research.

- Proficiency in Public Relations and Marketing Management.

- Skills in Sales and strategic collaboration.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Must have good knowledge and experience working in the US geography.

- 12+ years experience.
