About the role:

- As Senior Manager of Paid Search, you will lead a high-performing specialist team and work at the intersection of- commercial strategy, advanced technology, and platform innovation.

- You will translate business priorities into- scalable PPC strategies, leverage automation and data to maximise ROI, and act as a senior partner to internal and- external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

- This is a hands-on leadership role for a Paid Search expert who combines deep technical mastery with strategic- Own and define the end-to-end Paid Search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Search Ads 360. thinking, people leadership, and strong commercial acumen.

- Develop forward-looking PPC roadmaps aligned to trading priorities, growth ambitions, and customer needs.

- Plan, forecast, and optimise budget allocation across channels and campaigns to maximise incremental value.

- Lead strategic partnerships with Google and Microsoft, influencing roadmap discussions, beta adoption, and- performance innovation.

- Oversee collaboration where applicable, ensuring accountability, transparency, and performance delivery.

- Oversee build, setup, optimisation, and governance of large-scale PPC accounts.

- Drive best-in-class Paid Search execution through automation, smart bidding, advanced feed management, and- data-driven optimisation.

- Champion the integration of advanced Paid Search technologies to enhance bidding sophistication, measurement,- and performance insights.

- Manage and report on PPC budget with precision, governance, and ROI focus.

- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale performance, and unlock growth.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Paid Search specialists, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented.

You will need:

- Google Ads / Meta Certifications (Search, Shopping,10 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale- Apps)PPC accounts, either in-house or agency-side.

- Google Analytics Certification- Experience in retail, grocery, or high-volume- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and- e-commerce environments enterprise search platforms.
