Tesco - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Core

About the Role:

As an FP&A Core Manager at Tesco, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and insight to drive business performance and decision-making. You will be responsible for managing core financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Tesco Group standards.

You Will Be Responsible For:

- Leading end-to-end FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Delivering high-quality financial insights, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.

- Supporting key business decisions by providing commercial and financial analysis.

- Driving automation and continuous improvement in reporting and forecasting tools.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information.

- Ensuring compliance with Tesco Groups financial governance and reporting standards.

- Managing and mentoring a team of analysts, enabling high performance and professional development.

You Will Need:

- A professional qualification (CA, CIMA, CPA, MBA Finance or equivalent).

- 810 years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in a global organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with financial systems like SAP, Hyperion, or Anaplan is an added advantage.
