Territory Service Manager - Industrial Inspection Systems

About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a well-established engineering organization operating in the industrial inspection and engineered systems space. The company caters to manufacturing, heavy engineering, railways, infrastructure, and institutional clients across India.

This is a field-intensive technical role involving installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, AMC management, and spare parts support for industrial inspection equipment.

Role Objective

To manage installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, AMC execution, and spare parts support for Industrial Inspection / NDT Systems across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation & commissioning of Industrial Ultrasonic Testing (UT) / Inspection Systems

- Preventive maintenance & breakdown troubleshooting at customer sites

- Execution & management of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

- Identification of AMC renewal opportunities in coordination with sales

- Spare parts identification, recommendation & coordination

- Calibration & performance validation of inspection systems

- On-site technical problem diagnosis and resolution

- Customer training on equipment usage & basic maintenance

- Preparation of service reports and documentation

- Extensive travel (approx. 70%) across India

Education:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 4-8 years of field service experience in Industrial Inspection / NDT Equipment

- Hands-on experience with Industrial Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Systems preferred

- Exposure to Radiography / Eddy Current / Industrial Testing Systems is an added advantage

- Experience handling AMC contracts & preventive maintenance schedules

- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical & electronic systems

- Experience working in plant / heavy engineering environments

- Willingness for extensive Pan India travel
