About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager with a strong background in Poly House / Greenhouse Vegetable Seed Sales.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer and distributor networks, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand market presence in the Pune and Nashik regions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive sales and business development of poly house and greenhouse vegetable seeds within assigned territories.


- Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key growers to ensure consistent business growth.


- Conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and execute territory expansion plans.


- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote new and existing seed varieties.


- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to farmers and channel partners.


- Organize and participate in field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional events.


- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and provide feedback for strategic decisions.


- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely reporting on sales performance and market insights.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.


- 5-7 years of relevant experience in poly house or greenhouse vegetable seed sales.


- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer/distributor networks.


- Strong understanding of vegetable crop management, market dynamics, and farming practices.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
