We are hiring Territory Sales Manager for one of the largest 4W automobile company. The role is based at multiple locations in India.
Job Role:
Sales
1. Achieve model-wise sales targets.
2. Generate enquiries through events and digital advertising.
3. Monitor and improve sales conversion ratios.
4. Monitor competitor growth and marketing strategies.
5. Increase market share in the territory and drive volume targets.
6. Support brand and marketing activities, including BTL/ATL executions.
7. Manage pipeline and review weekly sales targets.
8. Ensure dealership training and test drives.
Dealer Management
1. Oversee dealers' sales performance and support parameters.
2. Facilitate dealer growth and infrastructure planning.
3. Set and review monthly sales targets with dealers.
4. Ensure dealer profitability and retention through policy adherence.
5. Coordinate timely billing and dispatches to ensure prompt deliveries.
6. Manage dealer claims and financial settlements.
Sales Support Activities
1. Oversee sales of services like M-Insurance, M-Finance, and True Value.
2. Monitor sales of Maruti Genuine Accessories and extended warranties.
3. Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient vehicle delivery and financing options.
4. Handle customer complaints and monitor satisfaction metrics.
5. Implement sales operation standards at dealerships.
6. Manage audits and financial reviews.
7. Optimize dealer systems and SOP implementation.
Market Intelligence
1. Gather customer feedback on products and services.
2. Keep track of competitors' sales trends and promotional activities.
Qualifications: BE/BTECH/+MBA/PGDM from a UGC/AICTE approved institution.
