Industry: FMCG - Personal Care / Home Care

Location: Goa(North & South Goa) / Pune(ROM)

Experience: Prior FMCG GT Sales Experience Required

Role Overview:

- Responsible for driving General Trade sales, managing distributors, and executing market plans to grow the Consumer division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appoint and manage distributors and field staff.

- Deliver S&D targets as per GTM plans across assigned markets.

- Drive business growth through distributors, SSMs, and promoters.

- Visit large outlets as per PJP to improve sell-in and sell-out.

- Ensure share of shelf, visibility, and merchandising standards.

- Share monthly market intelligence and category updates.

- Ensure billing, claims, schemes, and remittances are completed on time.

- Manage damages, expiries, and compliance with internal processes.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must have FMCG GT sales experience (personal care preferred).

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Good people management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Target-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
