Description:
The Territory Sales Manager True Value will be responsible for sourcing pre-owned cars through exchange retails and other channels, and driving the sales of Pre-Owned Cars & True Value Certified Cars in the assigned territory. The role demands strict adherence to MSILs SOPs and a focus on dealer profitability, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Dealer Network Management for sourcing and selling pre-owned cars.
- Certification of vehicles under the True Value category.
- Ensure implementation of systems & processes as per MSIL guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
- Track and improve dealer profitability by identifying operational gaps.
- Conduct analysis from MIS reports (daily/monthly) for performance insights.
Major Challenges:
- Managing relationships with new car channels (Arena/Nexa/Commercial) for sourcing pre owned cars.
- Engaging with multiple dealership stakeholders (Owners, CEOs, GMs, frontline teams).
- Ensuring turnaround time (TAT) for refurbishment and operational processes.
- Tracking competition in terms of market share, network expansion, process innovation, and technology adoption.
- Driving direct sourcing of quality pre-owned cars.
