Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Mumbai

Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai)

Compensation: - 17 LPA and above (commensurate with experience)

Experience: 5+ years in Sales Leadership

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, having managed a large, diverse sales team and delivered consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 50+ sales professionals, including at least one Team Leader, to achieve territory-level targets.

- Strategically drive sales performance and implement growth-focused initiatives.

- Monitor, coach, and guide team members to ensure high productivity and consistent performance.

- Ensure strong market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention in the assigned geography.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to support business expansion.

- Build a deep understanding of organizational structure ,market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs.

- Liaise across departments to resolve ground-level operational challenges

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in leading large on-ground sales teams (minimum team size: 50) with structured reporting hierarchy including a Team Leader.

- 5-8 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to territory management

- Must be currently based in Mumbai and possess in-depth understanding of the local market.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to drive performance and manage high-growth environments.

- Fluency in regional languages and excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with quality metrics and sales process improvements.
