Description:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You will be a hands-on leader, both strategic and tactical, capable of owning the business goals and surpassing sales targets alongside your team. Your key responsibilities will be to drive revenue growth, manage the P&L, and ensure operational excellence across all inside sales functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 35 members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers, to ensure they consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Business Ownership: Own and deliver territory sales targets, including revenue growth, P&L management, and overall business expansion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize performance, market penetration, and profitability.
- Performance Management: Drive a culture of high performance by implementing and tracking key sales and service metrics.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Foster a culture of ownership and customer centricity, ensuring all sales processes are efficient and customer escalations are resolved effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with at least 4 years in a team-handling role managing a team of 30+ members.

Language:
- Fluency in the local language (Punjabi) is mandatory. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.

Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
