
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 35 members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers, to ensure they consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Business Ownership: Own and deliver territory sales targets, including revenue growth, P&L management, and overall business expansion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize performance, market penetration, and profitability.
- Performance Management: Drive a culture of high performance by implementing and tracking key sales and service metrics.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.
- Customer- Centric Focus: Foster a culture of ownership and customer centricity, ensuring all sales processes are efficient and customer escalations are resolved effectively.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with at least 2 years in a team- handling role managing a team of 30+ members.

- Language: Fluency in the local language (Tamil) is mandatory. This is a non- negotiable requirement for the role.

- Education: A Bachelor Degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
