We are hiring a Territory Manager for one of our Consumer Internet client to drive business growth and lead a large, high-performing inside sales team. This role involves end-to-end ownership of sales operations, revenue growth, P&L management, and territory expansion. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and hands-on with execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers
- Own and deliver territory sales targets, including revenue growth, P&L, and business expansion
- Design and execute sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability
- Drive performance management using best-in-class sales and service metrics
- Ensure effective recruitment, training, coaching, and performance tracking of the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new market opportunities
- Build a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and strong ethical standards
- Monitor and optimize sales processes to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively
What We're Looking For:
- 4-9 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales with strong revenue growth exposure
- 4+ years of experience managing large sales teams (30+ members)
- Solid understanding of P&L management, sales strategy, and process improvement
- Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
