We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive business growth and build a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a 35+ member team, including Team Leaders/Assistant Managers, to drive ownership, accountability, and results.

- Sales Growth: Develop and execute consultative and competitive selling strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth.

- Business Strategy: Implement scalable sales initiatives that strengthen market presence and operational efficiency.

- Performance Management: Establish clear metrics, reviews, and best practices to sustain a high-performance culture.

- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and groom talent to build strong future leadership pipelines.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and accelerate business expansion.

- Sales Orientation: A sales-driven professional motivated by numbers, consistently achieving targets defying all the odds.

- Process Excellence: Optimize sales operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 4-9 years of proven success in sales/inside sales, with a strong track record in consultative selling and revenue acceleration.

- Leadership: Minimum 4 years of experience managing large teams (30+ members), with the ability to lead by example and create an engaged, high-performance environment.
