As the Global Sales Leader, you will lead enterprise sales initiatives worldwide. This is a high-impact strategic and operational leadership role that involves driving top-line growth, managing and scaling high-performing sales teams, and owning the complete sales lifecycle of high-value B2B growth programs and platform-based subscription offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver an annual sales quota of USD $1.52 million
- Drive new client acquisition and growth within existing accounts
- Lead and expand a global sales team (target size: 1520) across North America, Europe, and Rest of the World
- Sell high-ticket growth programs and digital subscriptions (Average deal size: $30K$100K) using a consultative approach
- Develop and execute sales playbooks and best practices within the first 90 days
- Identify and resolve gaps in sales productivity, coverage, activation, and win rates
- Partner with marketing/demand generation teams to maintain a consistent lead pipeline
- Hire, train, and mentor top-performing sales talent
- Plan and implement regional/territory strategies for customer engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15+ years of B2B sales experience in Research, Consulting, or SaaS
- Proven record of managing $1.52Mn+ quotas with direct sales ownership
- Expertise in consultative/solution selling and high-value enterprise sales
- Strong leadership and team scaling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment
