Terragni - Chief Executive Officer

The CEO role will lead the business of INR 300 crores having 5 plants and a manpower of 600 people. The primary focus would be on growing existing application areas in new markets, also focus on identifying completely new business segments and markets for products, aiming for a growth target of 50% from new ventures and 50% from the existing business.

The role demands a strong focus on business growth, new product applications, deeper market penetration, and end-to-end P&L ownership. The CEO will also oversee multi-plant manufacturing operations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the long-term strategic vision and business growth roadmap.

- Identify and develop new applications and product extensions to address evolving customer and industry needs.

- Expand into new markets and segments while deepening presence in existing ones-both domestic and international.

- Take full P&L ownership for the business, drive revenue growth and profitability.

- Monitor and control cost structures, working capital, and resource utilization.

- Provide timely and accurate reports, forecasts, and financial insights to the MD and Board of Directors.

- Lead business development efforts to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

- Deepen existing relationships with existing customers.

- Oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- Standardize processes, systems, and best practices across plants for efficiency and scalability.

Required experience and competencies:

- BE with fulltime MBA with prior experience of working in manufacturing sector

- Preferred age bracket: 40 to 45 years

- Proven experience in leading a business with P&L responsibility of a significant size (around INR 500 crore).

- A proven and successful track record of delivering growth.

- Business & financial acumen

- Multi location experience of a reasonable scale

- Entrepreneurial ability and mindset

- Ability to scale business globally

- Strong people management capabilities especially in managing existing senior / functional leaders.
