Our clients include family members, senior executives, executive teams, and global service providers, requiring a high level of organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, analytical capability, and professional communication.

Experience working with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, UHNW clients, executive teams, professional services firms, consulting environments, or client-service businesses will be an added advantage.

- Manage client expectations and provide timely updates on priorities, progress, risks, and deliverables.

- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, sectors, markets, and longer-term objectives.

2. Commercial & Strategic Advisory:

- Conduct commercial due diligence, market research, market sizing, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support client decision-making.

- Evaluate new markets, business opportunities, sectors, and potential investments from a commercial and operational perspective.

- Support market-entry assessments, including market attractiveness, competitive landscape, regulatory considerations, operating requirements, and potential risks.

- Analyse business models, revenue drivers, cost structures, customer segments, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.

- Support senior stakeholders in evaluating strategic options and longer-term business implications.

- Conduct research and coordinate with subject-matter experts where specialist input is required.

3. Project & Engagement Management:

- Lead or support end-to-end execution of client engagements, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met.

- Develop project plans, define deliverables, track progress, and proactively address risks and delays.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors, including legal counsel, tax consultants, accountants, consultants, technology partners, and other service providers.

- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously across different business areas and jurisdictions.

- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and timely completion of deliverables.

4. Business, Legal & Regulatory Advisory:

- Support clients on matters involving corporate structuring, regulatory requirements, governance, compliance, business operations, market entry, and cross-border matters.

- Review and assess business and commercial implications of legal, regulatory, and contractual matters, in coordination with appropriate professional advisors.

- Coordinate with external legal and professional advisors where specialist advice is required.

- Translate complex professional advice into practical business considerations and next steps for clients.

- Identify potential risks and dependencies and escalate matters requiring specialist or senior-level input.

5. Team Management & Leadership:

- Manage and provide direction to team members supporting client engagements.

- Allocate responsibilities, establish priorities, and monitor quality and timelines.

- Review team deliverables and provide guidance and feedback.

- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and knowledge sharing.

- Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external service providers.

Qualification & Experience:

- Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to interpret information, identify key issues, and develop practical recommendations.

- Ability to connect individual client requirements to broader business objectives and identify longer-term implications.

- Self-starter with the ability to identify priorities, take initiative, and drive matters forward independently in an evolving client environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work across multidisciplinary areas including commercial, legal, tax, finance, operations, and compliance.
