Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with expertise in Third-Party AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), Multi-Vendor Support, Managed Services, and Professional IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Drive sales for Third-Party AMC, FMS, and Managed/Professional Services.

- Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads through structured prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams.

- Map client IT infrastructure requirements to company offerings and present tailored service solutions.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals with enterprise-level customers.

- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and up-sell opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, resource planning, and service delivery.

- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, pipeline trackers, and forecasting metrics.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Represent TERiX at client meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT Hardware AMC or IT services sales, particularly in field sales or enterprise client management.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.

- Deep understanding of post-warranty IT hardware support, multi-vendor AMC, and deployment-based FMS models.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using sales and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).

- Ability to manage long sales cycles and handle large, complex accounts.
